About
Alessandro Marafino
Student Physical Therapist | FMS Level 1 | UESCA Running Coach
Hi there! I’m a personal trainer, running/ultra-running coach, and endurance athlete who’s passionate about helping others lead active lives. At its core this comes down to reducing clients’ risk for injury and maintaining a high level of performance. I currently attend the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at OSU-Cascades in Bend, OR and implement the skills I’ve mastered into my training programs. I prioritize a resilient-body approach to keep people active for the long haul by integrating proactive Physical Therapy and the FMS philosophy into my training programs.
As a trail runner, mountain biker, and backcountry skier, I understand the demand an active life can have on the body and how important it is to take a proactive, holistic approach to injury prevention. My training programs are designed with durability and resilience in mind to provide you the best results possible while reducing the risk of injury.

“Alessandro helped me recover from a sprained ankle and keep my marathon training on track!”
